Shipping policy
We ship from the UK to the UK, Europe and many countries worldwide. Sorry, we can't currently ship to the USA. Every item is printed just for you, so production takes 3–5 working days before your order is dispatched. Every order is sent with tracking, and you'll get an email with your tracking details once it's on its way.
Ordering from outside the UK? Your order may be charged import tax (such as VAT), duties or a handling fee by your country's customs when it arrives. These aren't included in our prices or delivery charges and are paid by you, usually to the courier on delivery.

Larger international orders (over 700g) are sent by DPD courier, and the price is shown at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates. They can run longer at busy times, such as Christmas, or because of courier and customs delays outside our control.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders sent outside the UK may be charged import duties, taxes or handling fees by the destination country. These are not included in our prices or delivery charges and are paid by the customer, usually to the courier on delivery. Please check your country's import rules before ordering. If you refuse to pay these charges, the parcel may be returned or destroyed, and we can't refund the delivery cost.
Address details
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout, including your postcode. If an order comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we may need to charge to send it again.
Lost or late parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, email info@thebuffbabesclub.com with your order number and we'll track it down. If it's lost in the post, we'll send a replacement or refund you.
