Terms of Service

These terms apply to every order placed at thebuffbabesclub.com. By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

The Buff Babes Club is a UK-based online shop. You can contact us at info@thebuffbabesclub.com.

2. Your order

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we email you to confirm it. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a price was shown in error. If we do, we'll refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT where it applies. Delivery costs are shown at checkout. If you pay in another currency, your bank sets the exchange rate and may add fees. Payment is taken when you place your order.

4. Made to order

Our products are printed to order by our production partner. Colours on screen may look slightly different from the finished product, and small variations in print position can happen.

5. Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered in our Shipping page, and returns and refunds in our Refunds & Returns page. Both form part of these terms.

6. Our designs

All designs, characters (including the Muscle Mommy characters), logos, images and text on this site belong to The Buff Babes Club. You may not copy, reproduce or sell them without our written permission.

7. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as courier, postal or customs delays. We'll let you know and keep any delay as short as we can.
