Refunds & Returns

Every Buff Babes Club item is printed to order just for you. If something isn't right, here's how we'll sort it, wherever you are in the world.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, misprinted or isn't what you ordered, email info@thebuffbabesclub.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, including delivery. You won't need to send the item back unless we ask. If a fault only shows up later, contact us as soon as you notice it and we'll put it right.

Changed your mind?

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Email us within that time with your order number. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back unused and in its original condition. Contact us first for the returns address.

You pay the return postage for change-of-mind returns. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't refund items that don't reach us. Once we receive your return, we'll refund the item price and the original standard delivery cost within 14 days, to your original payment method.

For orders outside the UK, any customs duties or import taxes you paid when the order arrived are not refundable by us. You may be able to reclaim them from your local customs authority.

Cancelling before it's made

Orders go into production quickly, so email us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change one. If it hasn't been printed yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.
